- **Event Description**: This April, Bolivian medicine woman Mar Qhana Yumani is in Oslo. She's only here for a few weeks — and it may be a while before she travels here again.

Three teachers, three days, three medicines. Heart, Mind, and Throat — a complete journey through ceremonies of medicinal tobacco, cacao, workshops, sound, and clay.

Mar brings medicinal tobacco and cacao from Andean and Amazonian tradition. I'm joining her as co-teacher and facilitator, and so is Atsugá — a Danish-Brussels musician who sings and plays in Mar's ceremonies and sometimes translates from Spanish.

Friday evening:
Ceremony of Medicinal Tobacco. Romé Potó — a sacred Amazonian plant medicine, a finely ground powder applied gently to the nose. Not smoked. Two rounds, going deep.

Saturday:
Workshop of Energy & Wellness in the morning — working with the energy body, followed by a cord cutting ceremony with candle. Flower bath in the afternoon. Ceremony of Cacao in the evening — cacao as it has always been prepared, by hand, with intention, with prayer.

Sunday:
Workshop of Sound & Soul. Singing the Elements with Atsugá, a spirit animal drum journey with me, and a clay workshop with Mar where you shape what the journey gave you.
